Branston supports COUNCIL's clients and brokers through an analytical approach to deal making. After spending two decades in product, commercial and strategy rolls with various corporation, Branston joined the commercial real estate market full time in 2021.

 

As an engaging leader, Branston has directed teams and business lines for companies ranging from medical start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. In these roles, Branston has worked on portfolio strategy, and supported over $500M worth of corporate acquisition & divesture transactions. With this diverse experience, he brings business process and financial support to COUNCIL's deep knowledge of retail brokerage.

 

Branston shares his wife Sarah's passion for building supportive client relationships that provide tailored solutions. He received a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Georgia Tech, where he was a TI:GER® fellow. When he is not analyzing market data sets and researching sites on behalf of our clients, Branston and his wife enjoy travelling locally and globally with their two beautiful daughters.
