Abby joined COUNCIL in 2025 as a Transaction Coordinator and plays an integral role in supporting the brokerage team through every stage of the deal process.

Prior to joining COUNCIL full-time, Abby interned with the firm during both the summer and winter of 2024, where she gained hands-on experience in market research, retail leasing support, and data analytics for transaction and property research. Her internships provided a strong foundation in the Atlanta retail market and allowed her to develop key skills.

Abby earned her bachelor’s degree in real estate with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi, where she developed a strong interest in commercial real estate. During her time there, she was actively involved in the Student Real Estate Society (SRES) and competed in the ICSC & UNC Retail Real Estate Case Competition in Las Vegas during ICSC 2025.  Additionally, Abby was awarded the Charles H. Walker Real Estate Scholarship for academic achievement and leadership in the real estate program.

A native of Atlanta and a graduate of St. Pius X Catholic High School, Abby is excited to launch her career in her hometown and contribute to COUNCIL’s mission of elevating retail real estate across the Southeast. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring Atlanta’s restaurant scene, and spending quality time with her younger siblings
