Sara joined COUNCIL in 2023 and now serves as an Associate on the tenant representation team. In her role, she supports national and regional retail brands in their expansion efforts across Georgia and the Southeast, helping clients identify, secure, and grow their presence in key markets.

 

Prior to her promotion, Sara served as a Transaction Coordinator, managing deal activities and supporting the brokerage team. She began her commercial real estate career at SRS Real Estate Partners, where she supported both retail tenant and landlord representation teams.

 

Sara graduated with a bachelor’s degree in real estate from Georgia State University, where she was among the first recipients of the Jenny Pruitt Excellence in Real Estate Endowment scholarship. A native of the Chattanooga, TN area, she moved to Georgia to pursue her education and career in commercial real estate. Outside of work, Sara enjoys walking and playing with her dog, Riley, and has a passion for discovering new local coffee shops throughout Atlanta, Georgia, and wherever her travels take her.
