Taylor specializes in retail tenant representation where his practice has focused on site selection, market analysis, and strategic growth initiatives for numerous national and regional clients. Taylor represents retail and restaurant users, shaping their market rollouts in metro Atlanta and throughout the state of Georgia. Current and past clients range from national and regional restaurants like Chipotle, Wendy’s, Outback, Lazy Dog, P.F. Chang’s, Snooze, Hattie B’s, and Tropical Smoothie Café to service and medical concepts like Peachtree Immediate Care, Oak Street Health, The Joint, and Restore Hyper Wellness. He utilizes his long-term relationships with landlords and property owners to uncover opportunities before they hit the market. Taylor also represents landowners and landlords with leasing and disposition, with a focus on high profile outparcel projects and big box disposition.
 

Taylor joined COUNCIL in 2023, bringing over 17 years of experience in the Atlanta retail market. Previously, he worked with Sterling Organization, Hendon Properties, and The Trilogy Group in various development, leasing, and representation roles. Taylor has earned membership in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Million Dollar Club multiple times and is a two-time top ten retail broker.

A third generation Atlanta native, Taylor has deep roots in the community and greater real estate industry.  He graduated from The Lovett School and University of Virginia, where he maintains active involvement in the Alumni network.  When not finding sites for his clients, Taylor enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and playing sports with his wife, son and daughter.
